Shalva Akhvlediani is a strategic executive with over 20 years of progressive leadership experience across real estate, construction, corporate sales, and the green industry. His career is distinguished by a passion for creating long-term value through operational excellence, innovation, and ESG integration, making him uniquely suited for a directorial role.
As the Director of Asset Management at Tegeta and CEO of Tegeta Real Estate, he oversees strategic planning and high-value portfolio management. Concurrently, he drives high-impact sustainability initiatives as the Chief Executive Officer of Tegeta Green Planet, an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) organization. In this capacity, he sets the long-term vision, champions circular economy practices, and aligns corporate policy with environmental principles. His deep experience in leading EPR and recycling initiatives provides a direct, relevant perspective on the lifecycle management of materials, aligning perfectly with the RAF’s mission to innovate and promote rubberized asphalt.
His strong governance and financial acumen are rooted in earlier roles as Head of Operations Audit at Tegeta Motors and Head of an Audit Group at the State Audit Office of Georgia. These positions honed his expertise in risk management, internal controls, and financial oversight. This practical experience is supported by his academic credentials: he holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Tbilisi University, is a Certified Financial Manager, a Certified Business Administrator, and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Governance from the University of Cumbria.
