Dr. Jorge Sousa and Dr. Jorge Pais. Jorge Pais a University of Minho Professor of Civil Engineering gave us a tour of the University materials testing laboratory, in particular their four-point bending beam testing equipment which demonstrates the cracking resistance of asphalt rubber mixes.
